Refunds for the payment of the goods are made on the basis of the provisions on guarantees and refunds.
Refunds can be made for the following reasons:

- Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 48 hours from the date of the delivery. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints that are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not accepted.
Once the purchase has been delivered, if it matches the description, your refund request will be denied. An erroneously purchased product, a lack of desire to use the product, and the like are not reasons for a refund.
Refunds are made in any convenient way at the discretion of accsmaster.com, if it cannot be made using the payment processor through which the payment was made, including the balance on the site.
